What response are you avoiding by not talking about it?

What is the risk to you of not talking about it?

If you cannot speak directly to the person involved, is there anyone else who will listen and be compassionate and nonjudgmental?

Are you unhappy in your relationship with this person?

Do you feel inhibited when around your partner as a result of not communicating?
